Applying Talent Quality-Management System (TTQS) to Enhance Information Literacy, Learning Motivation, and Computational Thinking Competency of Nursing Undergraduates

In Taiwan, the Ministry of Education started promoting computational thinking (CT) and design skills in programming curriculum 2018 at all universities. CT, which has been widely discussed field education, is ability to solve problems that use computer science concepts. For students non-information technology fields, such as nursing students, a integrates education information literacy can bolster evidence-based practice, enhance professional development, encourage lifelong learning. However, courses were difficult for learners apprehend, given their lack knowledge programming, had low attrition rate. Therefore, it necessary establish sustainable management system learning process. It also important support interest confidence learner curriculum. this study, course was completed. A talent quality-management (TTQS) built implemented. acceptance model attitude questionnaires administered investigate learners’ motivation literacy. Two classes with 74 freshmen participated second semester 2020 academic year.
